WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FOR A QUOTATION?
For a full quotation to be sent over to you we will need to know the following information -
Will the booking be for hair and make-up?
Which team member you would like to book?
Your wedding date?
How many would be having hair or make-up?
Where about you will be getting ready?
What time your ceremony is due to start?
DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL EXPENSE?
Anything up to 5 miles within TF4 2GS is free of charge however anything above this is chargeable at 50p per mile. There may be occasions where a hotel stay is needed the night before due to travel being more than an hour and where bridal preperations may start early. Destination weddings will be quoted on an individual basis.
ARE INDIVIDUAL LASHES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF A MAKEUP BOOKING?
Yes - We are extremely passionate about using individual lashes to create stunning make-up so for the bride they are included however for anyone else wanting make-up it is an additional £10 per person. If the bride declines individual lashes no discount will be given.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY?
Any cancellations or amendments made to the booking up to 6 months prior to the wedding will not be chargeable however your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations or amendments made within 6 months will be chargeable at 100%.
HOW DO I SECURE A DATE WITH YOU?
In order to secure a date with us we ask for a £30 non-refundable deposit to be paid and for you to sign and return our terms & conditions. We will hold a date for you for up to 7 days from initial enquiry however after the 7 days is up and we have not heard from you or recieved a deposit the date will go back to being available.
